Where does a member add their Calendly link, and can they change it later? Is it mandatory?

During signup each member sees an optional field labeled “Your scheduling link (Calendly, SavvyCal, Google booking, etc.)”. They can paste any public booking URL here and it will be included in every introduction email.
Members can update that link at any time via the Manage your preferences link in the footer of every match email. Creators can also edit the link (or add one on the member’s behalf) from the Signups tab in the program dashboard.
Changing the URL immediately affects all future match emails, and any valid booking tool works—the platform simply treats it as a plain URL.
