We just can't stop shipping! Here's the proof

Send matches from your own domain

final-captioned.mp4 18.2 MB

Every match email your members open today comes from Curated Connections. Now it can come from you.

Verify your own domain and your members get matched from your address โ€” your name in the From line, on your domain, with our branding gone. It's not only the match notification: the reminders, the reply nudges, the opt-out and skip links, the resume and ghosting notices โ€” every email in a round rides your domain once it's verified. Replies still land exactly where they did.

Setup is three steps in Community Settings: add your domain, add the DNS records we hand you, and we verify it automatically.

Custom sending domains are part of Pro Plus, our new $99 plan.

Connect your AI

cc-mcp-connect-your-ai-final-v2.mp4 15.3 MB

Curated Connections now speaks MCP. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI agent that speaks MCP, and it runs your community for you โ€” everything you'd do from your browser, just by asking.
What your AI can do
  • Build and edit programs โ€” down to the last advanced setting.
  • Manage members, open and close signups.
  • Ask it anything about your community: "Why did only 4 people match?"
Prefer not to connect anything? The copilot in your dashboard already does all of it. Same brain, two faces. Connect your AI is for when you'd rather bring the AI that already knows you.
Safe by design. It does nothing until you ask. Your AI checks with you before anything it writes or deletes. And we built our tools to confirm before anything drastic โ€” even on full autonomy. No one in your community gets emailed until you approve the exact list.
Find it in Settings โ†’ Connect your AI. First thing to ask it: "What's the state of my community?"

Members Can Skip a Single Round

Pausing for a few weeks was already possible. Sometimes a member just wants to sit out one round.

They can now skip the next round from their preferences page and come back automatically the round after โ€” no message to you required.
One busy week no longer costs you a member.

Export Your Feedback as a Spreadsheet

Download everything your members told you as a CSV โ€” ratings, comments, and answers to your custom questions.

Useful for a board update, a sponsor report, or just reading through it properly in a spreadsheet.
Ask your own questions. Take every answer with you.

Manage Admins From Community Settings

Adding and removing admins used to mean visiting each member's profile. There's now a single place in Community Settings to see who has admin access and change it.

Ask Your Own Questions in Feedback Emails

The feedback email that goes out after a round of matches used to ask the same fixed questions. You can now add your own.

Ask what your community actually needs to know โ€” whether the intro was useful, what they'd change, anything. Answers land alongside the rest of your feedback.

Everything Now Shows in Your Own Timezone

Match dates, event times, and signup deadlines used to display in one fixed timezone. They now show in the timezone of whoever is looking at the page.

Your members in Sydney and your members in Chicago both see the right time.

Smaller Fixes

  • The personal link on your signup forms is now genuinely optional โ€” no more required asterisk on a field members could skip.
  • Fixed signup links that were being rejected because of a missing "https://".

The Assistant Can Now Set Things Up For You

The dashboard assistant went from answering questions to doing the work. Ask it to create a program or change its settings, and it makes the change for you.
It used to explain the setting. Now it changes it.

AI-Powered Matching

Matching now reads what your members actually wrote about themselves. On top of your existing rules, we look at the bios and answers in their signups and pair people whose interests genuinely overlap.

It's on by default for new programs, and you can turn it on for an existing one from the program's matching settings.
Your rules read what members picked. This reads what they wrote.

Ask Us Anything, Right in the Dashboard

There's now a chat assistant in your dashboard. Ask it how something works, why a member didn't get matched, or what a setting does, and it answers using our help articles.

No more digging through docs or waiting on an email reply.

Community Admin Roles

Community creators can now designate trusted members as admins to help manage their communities. Add or remove admin privileges by visiting individual member profiles.

Admins have access to most management features while creator-only actions (managing other admins, creating programs, Slack integration and billing) remain restricted.

Members Can Now Pause Their Own Matching

Your members no longer have to leave programs when they need a break. They can pause matching for 1-4 weeks from their preferences page, and we'll automatically resume them when they're ready.

No more manual work for you when people go on vacation or need time off.

Challenge Templates Now Available

Skip the blank page. You can now start your accountability challenges using templates instead of building from scratch.

Just like our networking tool, pick a template that fits your community and customize from there. Faster setup, better results.

Events Tool is Now Group Networking

Your members want recurring small groups and peer-led networking, not just one-off events. We renamed and repositioned the entire tool to match what you're actually building.

Same powerful features, better templates, and messaging that finally matches what your community needs.

Directory Questions Are Now Fully Customizable

Those two mandatory questions on your directory -
  • "Why did you join?"
  • "Reach out to me if..."
- are no longer hardcoded.
You can now edit, remove, or completely customize them just like any other profile field. Finally have full control over what you ask new members.

Sign In with Google

You can now choose to sign in with your Google account instead of waiting for a magic link email. The email option is still there - this just gives people a faster way to get into their community if they prefer it.

Help Center + Smart Chatbot Now Live

You can now browse our new Help Center for clear answers to common questionsโ€”or just ask our AI chatbot, which is trained on all those articles to guide you through using Curated Connections.

Whether youโ€™re stuck on setup or exploring advanced features, just ask.

New tool: Member-led events!

A complete Luma alternative that allows your members to level up and apply to host events for your community! Now in beta.

Go to Dashboard -> Events to access.

Faster Bulk Imports

  • Imports now happen in the background, with a real-time status tracker so you can follow along.
  • Error feedback is now easier to understand - Instead of a wall of row-level errors, youโ€™ll now see grouped error summaries with the number of affected rows.

Set custom feedback collection interval

Now you can customize the frequency of feedback collection for your 1-on-1 networking programs.

Ability to create drop dead gorgeous signup pages

Add vibes to your public facing signup pages. Choose from Business, Magazine or Retro!

Quality of life improvements

  • Set directory profile tags to be optional or required
  • Search members in a program using search tool
  • Dashboard now feels faster with smoother loading screens

Close signups to networking program

Now you can close/open the signup form to your networking program at your will. Useful if you want to restrict signups to a specific window.

Dashboard redesign!

Everything just got a fresh coat of paint along with just the right amount of UI improvements!

Embeddable match program signup form

So you can embed the form anywhere - your Notion, Circle or anyplace that supports iframe embeds

Program setting: Prevent matches within same company

If enabled, we will not match users who have the same company email address.

Program setting: Ghosting limit

Automatically remove members from a program if they cross the ghosting limit (as reported by other members). A "3 strikes and you're out" - type of rule for your networking programs.

Sign in updates

1. You can now set a password for your account to be used as an alternative sign in method - for times when email gets finicky.
2. Emails are now case insensitive - as they should be. Lowercase, uppercase, use whatever you want.

Got our first paying customer! ๐Ÿ’ธ

A complete stranger on the internet paid us money to access a product we created. Such a surreal feeling!

First commit

2 brothers set out to pursue the crazy dream of building their own SaaS product and saving community managers from exorbitant B2B SaaS pricing. Only problem? They had 0 professional experience building websites.

Empowered by Ruby on Rails, they start their journey to build the product while teaching themselves how to code - with a lot of help from ChatGPT.
