My members are complaining about being ghosted on the intro email. How can I reduce it?

- Launch a new program - retiring the existing program and launching a brand new program can be a great way to keep things fresh. You can create as many programs as you want in your Curated Connections account.
- Use this custom outro - It helps if you personalise the intro email by adding a custom intro/outro. You can find this under Advanced Settings. Adding an intro/outro like the following can be effective:
